Architecture Controls Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) consists of volunteer residents of Arbor Village and are Board appointed.

Committee members review requests for landscaping or construction projects from homeowners in Arbor Village.

The committee reviews the CC&Rs and applies them to the request. The ACC Committee meets whenever they have 2 or more requests or when one request is approaching the 10-business day deadline. The 10 day timeline begins when the request is received by the ACC. This committee does not post minutes to their meetings but does publish important information on this website.

Website and Newsletter Committee

The Website and Newsletter Committee consists of volunteer residents of Arbor Village. Committee members create, maintain, and publish Arbor Village news and events through quarterly newsletters and website updates. WE are in NEED of someone to start a new newsletter! Please contact any Board Member if you are interested.
